We provide innovative solutions for our members, including digital services, business development support, and a collaborative community. We are expanding our digital offerings and are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build and maintain our growing digital infrastructure, including websites, CRMs, and various technology solutions.

Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer at Black Cactus Co-Working, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the Black Cactus team to build websites, customize CRMs, and provide technology solutions that align with our business goals. You’ll also be tasked with improving our member experience through innovative web and mobile tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites using Odoo, WordPress, and other platforms.
• CRM Customization: Customize and integrate CRM (Odoo) to meet business needs.
• API Integrations: Connect third-party services (Google Workspace, Namecheap, Canva, etc.) to our systems through API integration.
• Backend Development: Build scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python, Node.js, and other technologies.
• Frontend Development: Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, Vue.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Database Management: Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other databases to manage data effectively.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for web applications and CRM systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from development to deployment.

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in frontend frameworks like React and Vue.js.
  • Proficient in backend development with Python, Node.js, or PHP.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and RESTful services.
  • Database management with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Previous experience working with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud, Google Analytics, and data analysis tools is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
